After capturing the KJHL Championship with a series win over the Selkirk Fishermen, the Saints then moved west to Fort Qu'appelle, SK where they faced off against the best Junior 'B' teams from Western Canada. The Saints went 2-2 in the round robin play, which placed them in the Bronze medal game against the Victoria Cougars. The Saints won the Bronze medal game with a score of 7-3 with the help of a 5 goal third period effort. Nick Stelmack led the tournament round robin in scoring with 4 goals and 4 helpers for a total of 8 points in 4 games played.
